FIXIT is our ad-hoc support option where you call a dedicated support number and obtain support within your contracted hours and terms and are charged by the hour. Perfect for those infrequent Virus issues, or if you require some new Hardware or Software to be installed, or have a problem that immediate urgent attention.

FIXIT Pro is perfect for those who may not have an IT department, and would like to have someone on-site maybe once per week or on call throughout the day to deal with all issues. We will also monitor all systems connected to the network and perform regular system updates and system audits to keep your Network running at its full potential. As part of the monthly contract we will also: Perform regular Desktop and Server updates, keep regular audits, alert you to any issues that we come into contact with, Site visits, supply you with Hardware, Software and any other IT Services that you require.
